id8 media solutions has introduced  #workwithpurpose - a global hybrid work culture for all ideators. 

 

The new work culture will enable a progressive work culture that promotes Collaboration, Community and Communication.

Over the last two years, the work from home culture has shown amazing results-producing high levels of performance. Id8's hybrid work model, designed specifically for ideators and our clients will enhance collaboration and thereby innovation," said, Tanya Swetta.  


The team at id8 media solutions which comprises experts and budding talent across three verticals of Visual Thinking, Digital and Public Relations will have dedicated days in which they would work from the office. As id8 has an integrated offering where experts from different verticals collaborate, the #workwithpurpose model ensures one day a week in the office where there is an overlap of disciplines for collaboration and innovation.
